This page explains how Tinsights Agency handles personal data. It describes our practice. It is not personal legal advice.
Who Tinsights is
Tinsights Agency (Tinsights) builds websites, software, apps, hosting and online marketing. We are based in Groningen, Nederland. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 99957949.

Personal data we may process
We process data needed for the reason you contact us, or needed to keep the website secure.
- Name and company name
- Email address and, if you provide it, a phone number
- Message content, project notes and attachments
- A website URL or other context you send yourself
- Technical data tied to visits or security, such as an IP address in logs
Contact forms
The form on https://tinsightsagency.com asks for name, email, optional company and phone, the type of question, a short description, and whether we should reply by email or phone.
We use that to assess and answer the request. The form includes a consent checkbox and a hidden field against abuse.
Project enquiries
If you complete a project check or send an enquiry, we keep those choices with the message so we can see whether Tinsights is the right team.
We do not use that information for unsolicited marketing.
Job applications
The careers site may receive name, email, phone, links to work, a note and an optional CV. We use that only to assess the application and reply.
We do not share applications with third parties for recruiting unless you ask us to.
Analytics
Analytics cookies and scripts stay off until you consent, and only if such a tool is actually connected.
Without consent, or without an active integration, we do not measure visits through those tools.
Marketing measurement
Marketing cookies, for example campaign measurement, load only after consent and only if those tools are configured.
We do not turn advertising pixels on just in case.
If you email info@tinsightsagency.com, or submit a form, the message may reach us through an email provider. Confirmation mail to you takes the same route.
We read those messages to reply. We do not sell email addresses.
Hosting and security logs
To limit abuse, spam and outages, technical logs may include a timestamp, IP address, whether a form was submitted too quickly, and similar security signals.
Those logs are for security and continuity, not to build a marketing profile.
Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, we rely on one of these bases under the GDPR.
- Contract or steps before a contract: project enquiries, quotes, assignments
- Consent: analytics and marketing cookies, and where a form asks for it expressly
- Legitimate interest: securing the site, preventing abuse, and answering incoming mail
- Legal obligation: records we must keep for accounts or tax when that situation arises
Retention
We keep personal data no longer than needed for the purpose we received it, or as long as a legal duty requires.
This site configuration does not set a fixed public retention period. If you want to know what remains of a specific request, email info@tinsightsagency.com.
Processors
We may use third parties to host the site, send email, protect forms or, after consent, measure use.
Which tools can load today is listed in the cookie policy. We do not name a measurement pixel that is not connected.
Processing outside the Netherlands
Some providers may process data outside the Netherlands or the EEA. Where that happens, we use parties that offer appropriate safeguards where those rules apply to them.
We do not move your data to a country outside the EEA as an extra marketing file.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of data you gave us, to the extent the GDPR grants that.
- You can withdraw cookie consent without making earlier processing unlawful
- You can object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Send requests to info@tinsightsagency.com. We may ask for a reasonable check that the request is yours

If you think we handle your data carelessly, we would rather hear it first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
